Ready for school

I decided to make good use of my expensive education and start substitute teaching once in awhile.

This was my lunch on my first day.

I really confused the kindergartners with my lunchbox. They were concerned about it, actually. What can I say? I didn't have any paper sacks.

I also decided that I had to wear my favorite shoes. So very NOT teacher-like.

And by the end of the day they were SO not my favorite shoes.

I have to admit, going back to work (even VERY part time) has been quite the challenge. Trying to figure out child care and the logistics of everything ELSE that goes on during the day is tough! It's making me reconsider going back to school in the fall. I guess we'll see.
