When do you say no?

This weekend we have:
3 musical performances (Noah and myself....I'm Mary...he's running a spotlight)
2 birthday parties (Elijah's friends)
2 Christmas parties (one at a friend's in Highland and 1 Sunday School class)
2 Santa "meetings" (all of us)
1 traveling baseball team meeting (Me for Noah)
and 1 friend outing (Ethan)

So, when do you say no? How do you keep up?

I am SUCH a people pleaser.....perhaps this is why I am so behind on my Christmas plans? Maybe?

I'm still waiting to hear about my "loose screws" but in the meantime I have actually purchased some presents...and hopefully we will go get our tree today! Thanks to everyone who have already offered to help watch my boys and cook for us. I don't anticipate as lengthy of a recovery time as last year.
