The Beach

School is quickly approaching and in order to celebrate the final few weeks of summer, I let the boys each pick ONE activity that they really, really, REALLY wanted to do before summer ends.

Little E's pick? The beach.

Now. I'm a pretty brave Mama but even I wouldn't attempt the beach with these two beauties. So, I forced my hunk o' husband to join us.

(he makes the beach look pretty good, don'tcha think?)

Um, yeah....I have NO idea what these two are doing. It looks like one is going potty while the other is cheering him on. I just. don't. know. But anyway....

We swam, we roasted, we played football, we got sand in all sorts of places....

definitely a sign of a good day.
